Overview
MAS Tissue Embedding offers fully automatic procedure control, making it possible to preset the start time for any weekday of the week. Maica material is used so the unit heats up quickly and evenly while saving energy, and the MAS temperature-survey integration block makes temperature measurement precise and performance reliable.
The LCD displays the working state of five heating zones — paraffin tank, dispenser, left tank (moulds), right tank (cassettes) and working area. Every zone works independently without interference, on five temperature control lines, with several overheat-avoidance devices protecting the heating system. The unit memorises its settings and restores the set temperature automatically after start-up.
The space-saving unit is a complete paraffin dispensing station including a 3.8 litre paraffin container and a heated working area. All functions are controlled from an intuitive control panel with programmable working hours, and two heated trays provide pre-warming capacity for 174 cassettes and 324 embedding moulds.
