Screw Caps — Verex (Phenomenex)
Pre-assembled screw caps with septa — 8-425, 9 mm, 10-425 and 13-425
Caps arrive with the septum already seated, correctly oriented and dimensionally verified, which removes the most common cause of autosampler leaks and needle damage. Bonded-in septa stay in place when the needle withdraws; Locked-Fit (MSQ) septa are cleaned to MS-quality specification.

Colour-coded 11 mm snap closures for snap-neck (snap-ring) vials, in plain and pre-slit septa. Pre-slit septa reduce needle coring and lower the injection force required.

Colour-coded 11 mm aluminium crimp seals for crimp-neck vials. The PTFE face contacts the sample; the silicone or rubber backing gives the resealing behaviour after the needle withdraws.
