6 mm pre-slit PTFE-coated silicone mat that seals a 96-well collection plate against evaporation and cross-contamination while remaining needle-piercable.

• Type 1 Class A borosilicate glass — 33-expansion clear, 51-expansion amber — with low ion content to minimise sample loss and contamination
• Critical dimensions inspected by machine-vision cameras and gauges, so vial, cap and septum fit the autosampler every time
• 100 % traceable through manufacture; a Certificate of Conformance is available by lot number
• Clean-room packaged to keep particulates out of the vial
